While looking for inspiration for a lumberjack I was drawing this week, I came across lots of photos of Paul Bunyan statues. Thought you might enjoy this small collection!

Another beardy character I screen printed this week, based off a photo I found in the National Archive of Wales, which I shared with you earlier. I went ahead and made his beard a bit more extravagant :)

Some new beard and moustache portraits, I've got a bunch more I want to show you! Trying to get lots of new fun stuff ready before the summer craft fairs in LA and San Francisco.

Fun slogan from Chop Shop. I think this is going to become a t-shirt!

I love the weird dichotomy between the manly tattooed guy and the fancy floral decoration on this plate. Found in Beat Up Creations etsy shop.

Paul Bunyan's beard is only a small part of why this print is awesome! Gotta love the Little Friends of Printmaking.

This guy is living the dream! Created by Jack Hudson.

You may have noticed my lack of regular posting the last couple weeks... in case you're curious, I'm busy getting ready to move to California. Please accept this strange drawing as an apology for my lazy posting. California: the beardiest state of all.

Just FYI: the move to California will signal the beginning of the end of the I Made You A Beard project. If you've been putting off that beard purchase, you may want to reconsider. The beard shop's days are numbered. Not entirely sure when the exact closing date will be, but I'll be sure to keep you posted.

Rarely do I post photos of real life beards (besides my own) but Mr. Galifianakis has a pretty excellent beard. I am assuming he is growing it back after he shaved it on SNL... photo found on soup soup.

Hey beardos! If you want to see a quick overview of my favorite beard art that I've blogged about over the last year, check out my beard collection on Pinterest, a new visual bookmarking site.

In case you're interested, I'm also participating in Pin It Forward, which was organized by sfgirlbybay. I collected photos of what home means to me, so I ended up pinning a lot of photos of dream studios like these:

I'm moving in a little over a month, hopefully my new place will have more room for an awesome artmaking space.
