Wanted to post a little note here, as well as in my Etsy shop: I am closing my Etsy shop from now until the new year. I really could use a nap. I'll probably still be posting here during my beardy vacation, but in case you are looking to purchase a beard, keep an eye out for lots of new beards come Jan 1, 2009!

I just found you by accident, and as far as I can tell, you've never heard of Joseph Palmer, the man who was "Persecuted for Wearing the Beard". I didn't have time to read through your archives to be sure, but if you know of him, and have posted about it, Google isn't returning any results. And if you do already know of him, I guess no harm done. If not, I figured you'd be interested.
My grandson has named me "Big Beard", which should explain my interest in the subject.
